JINCO Technology Co., LTD., that has a plenty of performance and achievements in RFID products such as animal/cattle identification chips, Easy Card for Taipei Metro Railways, etc., was reborn to be JINCO UNIVERSAL Co., Ltd., a new company of the Olympus Group of Japan, by an assets transfer method.

Olympus Group, its core company is OLYMPUS CORPORATION, one of Japan's leading manufacturer of optical precision instruments, has 4 fields of business group, medical, life sciences, industrial and imaging. Each business group promotes their own field of business and it boasts the scale of the entire group sales of 8,471 billion Japanese yen (consolidated results for the year ending March 2011).

Then, in order to promote new businesses in new fields as the 5th field of business group, OLYMPUS BUSINESS CREATION CORP.(OBCC for short) was established in July 2010. OBCC is the parent company of this JINCO UNIVERSAL.

The reason why OBCC invested in JINCO is that OBCC recognized and appreciated the unlimited business opportunities of the attractive Display type Smart Card Market, also JINCO has the very technologies to produce a high-tech display card required in the market. In this project, JINCO has a key role in production and sales, research and development of the smart card products.

To contribute in establishing the core business of the 5th field of the Olympus Group, and also to provide more innovative and better quality products, so as to contribute to the progress of the world, JINCO will continue its effort.

Based on the advanced RFID technology developed along the way, and the Electronic Paper Display Card manufacturing technology addressing ahead among the players, we will play a role in the supply and dissemination of advanced products and services that promote social progress and change.

Becoming the only one unique manufacturer in Taiwan with self-contained RFID technology, proceeding efficient mass production of inimitable high-tech products, we will solidify our position as a worldwide display card supplier.

JINCO Universal Co., Ltd established on 10th June 2011, and started the business from 1st September 2011.
